How is VisualQMS priced?
We don't publish a price list. We deliver the software licences you need for M‑Files, Elements.cloud and VisualQMS and help you implement the solution. Are the apps for dashboards, boards and AI part of the quote?
They can be. We supply the apps for dashboards and boards, the AI assistant and co-authoring alongside VisualQMS. Tell us which you want, and we add them to your quote.
How do the process maps fit into the quote?
The process maps are a core module. You draw them in Elements.cloud using UPN (Universal Process Notation), and VisualQMS shows them with each activity linked to its documents. The Elements.cloud licence is one of the licences we deliver with M‑Files and VisualQMS, and your quote lists what is included.
Can we start small and add modules later?
Yes. You aren't required to use all modules. You can start small and add modules such as risk management later, or implement a full system at once.
Can we use M‑Files for more than quality?
Yes. When you implement VisualQMS you also implement M‑Files, which you can use in other business areas. There are pre-configured modules for contract management, human resources and project management.
Do you charge for help choosing a QMS?
No. Our help while you find and select a QMS is free of charge.
Can it run in the cloud or on-premise?
Both. VisualQMS can run on-premise, hosted, in your own cloud or on M‑Files Cloud.
