Yes. We supply the apps for dashboards and boards, the AI assistant and co-authoring alongside VisualQMS, and add the ones you want to your quote.

By design VisualQMS supports the requirements of the most common quality standards, and you can manage several standards in one system. You tag documents and process maps to the requirements they relate to and navigate by standard.

A certification body certifies your quality management system. VisualQMS keeps the documents, records and links the auditor asks to see, with every change to a document in its version history.

The core modules are document control with templates, training management, quality standards support, and comments and suggestions. The process maps are a core module. The add-on modules cover the quality activities: non conformances, customer complaints, claims, deviations, internal audit observations, change requests, risk assessments, recorded issues, CAPA and audit management. Yes. You aren't required to use all modules. Controlled documents and the process maps are typically implemented first, and other modules are added at the start or later.

VisualQMS is tightly integrated with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint. Documents can be signed with DocuSign or Adobe Sign, and ERP or CRM systems connect through APIs, direct ODBC connections and other methods. For AI, Aino is M‑Files' own AI assistant, and it is available to VisualQMS customers. Alongside VisualQMS we can also supply an AI assistant that works inside M‑Files, beside the record you have open. You choose where the AI runs: Scaleway (a European provider, hosted in the EU), OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or a model on your own servers.
